If you are at home and you want something you shouldn’t, and you realise that it is pressuring you — an obsession, as if from within or from somewhere — get up and leave that room. You can go out for a walk, take a breath and then come back in. Then this obsession will be over. For certain. Drink a glass of water, look at the sun, recite a mantra, enter the Divine Cave. You have a vast amount of options. You can employ them all at once.
