Heart center awakening practice

Tomorrow Imram will lead a new, unique practice aimed at opening the heart – activating the Anahata chakra. The meditation will help to awaken love within you, fill you with joy and attract abundance, new opportunities into your life.

This will be an afternoon practice at the Sochi retreat, but anyone can join online from anywhere in the world. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.

Once the event concludes, you’ll receive access to the video recording for ongoing independent Kriya practice.
