How to prepare for the seminar?
In order for the seminar to be as effective as possible for you, it is important to tune in correctly.
• Pay attention to the body. A few days before the seminar switch to lighter food, if you can. Drink enough water. Give up alcohol and smoking if you have such addictions. Try to exclude coffee and tea. This will help you improve the conductivity of energy channels. As a result, the practice will become more effective and easier to perform.
• Wear comfortable clothes of light shades – they should not hinder your movements. Natural fabrics will contribute to your comfort during practice.
