How to spend the New Year holidays?
For the coming year to be a harmonious, joyful and productive one:
Meditate. Regardless of what is going on around you, make time for daily practice – this will bring harmony and give the right impetus for the year ahead.
Join us for the New Year’s Eve Saturday online meditation on the 30th of December and the 6th of January of the brand new year. We meet as usual at 10:00 NYT and GMT.
Explore. In the Education section of the website you will find theoretical material on the science of Kriya, learn what it means to deepen meditation, and where best to begin the practice. “Home Studies” with a step-by-step programme, webinars, lectures, online courses, which we recommend as a first study for those who have not yet attended a seminar.
Read. Books are an aid to understanding practice and a stimulus for action. The list of books recommended for reading by Master Imram can be found on the website in the “Science of Kriya” section and in the article “Literature for self-development”.
Get inspired. The stories of the participants of Imram Kriya events are unique and motivating for personal achievement. Reviews and films of seminars and retreats are available on our YouTube channels and website.
And most importantly, dear friends, let’s try to think and talk about good things, be kinder and help each other.
Imram: “Stay focused, be conscious, only look for the good in your life, think only of the good, choosing the practice of faith as the Path of Growth.”
We wish everyone unconditional joy, a state of happiness, harmony, peace and love! ❤️
