Imram, what meditations you can advise for sleep?
I already said that meditation for sleep is impossible because if you meditate, you don’t sleep, and if you sleep, you no longer meditate. But setting yourself up for a blessed and good sleep is a useful practice. Before you go to sleep, you give yourself subconscious settings that you want to sleep consciously, that you want to relax your body, that you are relaxing your body. We are now covering the elements of Kriya Nidra. In this course, just each element builds your understanding step by step. I recommend that you do shavasana, the study of what is shavasana or Kriya Nidra.
