IS IT DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE UNITY WITH THE HIGHER SELF?

Is it difficult to achieve unity with the Higher Self? When Avatar Sathya Sai Baba came to Earth, we asked Him, “Why is it so difficult, Baba? Why is it so difficult to meditate?” He responded that meditation was easy, and Samadhi was even easier. Let’s meditate on the Avatar’s words, for every utterance from the Avatar is a key to self-discovery. Not a single word that Sai Baba spoke, even in passing or in jest, should be disregarded if we seek to understand the Universe. Because He embodies the essence of the Universe and has shown us that God possesses a profound sense of humour.
