The Basic Kriya Meditation Course is an independent practice system, designed in such a way that you can practise at home for many months or years until you are initiated into the 6 stages of Kriya at Imram’s Seminar “Initiation into 6 Stages of Kriya Yoga”
If you have already attended the 2-day Seminar, you will have access to additional techniques for even greater self-immersion.
The course includes various levels of difficulty and the workload increases as you spiritual progress and development.
3 practical sessions of 2 hours each and a webinar with answers to participant’s questions, and include sequential explanation of basic techniques of meditation, body energisation and magnetisation as well as their practical application.
Regular practice of the Basic Kriya Meditation Course techniques helps to:
