This is a two-day immersive training in which you step by step explore the complete structure of the Kriya practice — from working with the body and breath to mastering attention and experiencing deep inner states.

Day One

Focused on the foundation: body, breath, and attention. You will study the basic techniques and principles of Kriya — the keys to meditation:

  • Seated energisation
  • 42 Kriyas — standing energising exercises
  • Meditation on Breath, Sound, and Light

These practices help bring attention back to the body, the breath, and one’s inner state, preserve energy, and prepare the mind for meditation.

Day Two

Transmission of progressive techniques and ancient knowledge:

  • Maha Mudra
  • Guru Pranam
  • Jyoti Mudra
  • Paravastha
  • The theory of the Vessel of Transcendental Force

This knowledge transforms one’s relationship with oneself and the body, offers a new way of seeing, and expands perception.

Can beginners attend?

Yes. The seminar is an introductory training in the Kriya method. No prior preparation is required.

How difficult are the techniques?

The techniques are simple to perform. All exercises can be done at your own pace. The practices can be adapted to suit your physical abilities. If sitting on the floor for a long time is difficult, you may sit on a chair or cushion. You can also sit with your back straight against a wall. Kriya practices do not put strain on the joints.

Is it possible to attend the seminar online?

No. The method is transmitted only in the direct presence of Master.

Is the seminar suitable for people with health limitations?

The practices are gentle and adaptable. Before attending the seminar, please consult with your physician.

How is the seminar different from a retreat?

The seminar is a two-day course in the principles and techniques of Kriya. As a result, you receive a structured system of techniques for your regular personal practice.

The retreat is a continuation of your learning, a deeper immersion into the practice, and an opportunity to consolidate the techniques explored at the seminar. It is an intensive practice with  Master, with his guidance and daily meetings where you can ask your questions.

Attendance at the seminar is required before joining a retreat.
