Brahma Nadi
Our spine is not only the body’s support structure, but also a highly precise antenna for tuning into the Source. Inside the spinal cord is a complex system of channels, known as Nadis, whose structure at a micro level resembles the spiral shape of a DNA molecule.
At the centre of this structure is Brahma Nadi — the finest channel located deep within the central Sushumna channel. In Kriya, it is considered the key to attaining higher states of consciousness.
Brahma Nadi is your inner vector of evolution. When energy is directed through this channel, all the centres gradually activate and unite into a single functioning system. This process quietens the chaos of the mind and brings us back to an awareness of our true nature.
🔸 In the “Basic Course of Kriya Meditation,” Master Imram shared techniques for opening special channels:
• Navi Kriya — a technique for activating the navel area and the Manipura chakra.
• Advanced Kriya technique — for working with special channels to accelerate the evolution of consciousness.
• The “Mystical Finger” concentration technique for awakening special centres, the pineal gland, and areas of the medulla oblongata.
The “Basic Course” includes 18 techniques and comes with unlimited access to the recordings.
