HOW TO CONSCIOUSLY LOAD THE BODY?
People do not think about the fact that they breathe intensively. They try to achieve some results in sports. Lift some weight, run a certain number of kilometers, and so on. But at what cost and why is this needed? But there should be some load upon the body. But these loads can be done in pranayama – such that no marathon runner, running 48 or 47 kilometers – how far do they run, some even 54 already – will ever achieve. Pranayama can charge and pump a person so powerfully that even 30-50 kilometer distances won’t have such an effect. The effect will be there, of course, the person ran, got the load and so on, but there won’t be an effect in terms of consciousness transformation, in terms of healing.
