Friends, we’ve completed the Meditation Week on our Telegram channel!

✨ We went through this week together – 7 days of attention, discipline, self-observation, and practice that became a small but very important step toward inner stability.

This week we:
• Meditated in the morning and evening
• Discussed terms, techniques, and the meaning of practice
• Shared observations, challenges, and first results
• Created a shared field where meditation became deeper

And most importantly – we practiced. Every day, even when time was short, even when there were questions or doubts.

Friends, thank you for your presence and sincerity, for your questions and dialogue, for your small and big discoveries! If you felt a calling deep within your Soul and wish to fully immerse yourself in the practice and master the techniques, we invite you to Imram’s seminar in Istanbul this spring!

🧘‍♀️🧘 Many of you have noticed that when we meditate together in a shared space, something subtle yet unmistakably real begins to unfold.

Why does meditating together have such a powerful effect?

🔹 Motivation rises almost effortlessly.
Knowing that hundreds of others are entering the same silence at the same time makes it far easier to stay present and attentive.

🔹 Group practice creates a genuine sense of connection.
We stop feeling like isolated individuals and begin to experience ourselves as part of a larger, supportive field.

🔹 We’re filled with inspiration.
Seeing others further along the path gives us a deeper sense of steadiness.

🔹 Practising in unison adds a unique depth to the experience.
As dozens of people settle their breath and quieten their minds together, a single flow emerges — one that naturally sustains concentration and helps us stay aligned with a higher goal.

🔹 This collective field amplifies the results.
It creates a synergy that defies explanation, yet is immediately recognisable when you experience it.

Those who regularly join our group practices often say: “Together, it’s easier to enter meditation and remain in silence for longer.

Today, we warmly invite you to experience this for yourself once again.

See you in meditation at 10 AM New York Time.

*If you don’t have time for the full practice today, choose any short meditation we shared earlier this week — consistency matters more than duration

Why Do We Lack Concentration?

For most people, sustaining a high level of concentration is challenging — whether during meditation or in everyday life.

Mental activity constantly pulls our attention outward, scattering both focus and energy. Yet the true aim of practice is to gather that energy within. To do this, it’s essential to improve concentration and work with the brain and its neurons.

Kriya practice helps by directing attention inward, developing the brain, creating interhemispheric connections, and, through these, awakening intuition, creative perception, and an inner source of energy.

In Kriya practice, concentration:

• turns the attention inward, away from external distractions;
• retains the energy within;
• awakens latent inner powers;
• helps regulate emotions;
• brings mental clarity;
• naturally unfolds into meditation.

“If you practise correctly, the energy will remain within you. The essential tool to achieve this is the power of concentration, cultivated through understanding and determination born from regular practice. This is what helps you enter meditation.” (Imram)

May meditation become your personal source of inner strength and stillness!

Calming the Mind

Some yoga schools encourage complete relaxation and being fully present in the “here and now.” Yet this is not as simple as it sounds, and it doesn’t automatically lead to inner stillness or peace of mind.

When we try to relax, another part of us often tenses up instead — as if the mind is being coaxed into relaxation. Many of us simply don’t yet have the level of concentration needed to sustain genuine inner quiet. As a result, what we experience is often only an imitation of the meditation we are aiming for. For instance, the moment someone lies down in savasana with the intention of relaxing, they fall asleep.

It takes inner effort to bring the mind under control and learn to relax deeply.

Transcending the mind is entirely possible. With time, it can be achieved through proper breathing techniques and the Kriya practice of scientific concentration.

The Benefits of Body Energisation

Master often says, “Wherever we place our attention, energy flows.”

Every thought that passes through the mind draws on our attention — and therefore on our energy. The brain processes all incoming information, and this process itself requires energy.

When you consider the sheer amount of information passing through the mind each day, it becomes clear why we often feel exhausted by evening, even without physical exertion.

Every thought leaves an impression.

Our consciousness stores this information in the subconscious, and over time it shapes our lives. Negative thoughts and emotions also settle in the body. Stiffness, heaviness, and fatigue are informational imprints held in our tissues. Weakness and tension are signs that excess energy has accumulated and is seeking release.

Working with thoughts and physical tension:

· Filter incoming information.
· Release subconscious programmes.
· Learn to remain in the state of no-mind.

“If you want your body to be healthy and strong, you must learn to bring goodness into it by consciously directing energy to different parts of the body. This is possible through energisation and meditation.”

During energisation, we train ourselves to guide attention and energy consciously into the body. When energy is set in motion, old impressions are released, and the brain’s centre of will helps neutralise them. Negativity loosens its grip, and the body softens.

How does your body react to the flow of information? What did you feel in your body today after the short energisation practice?
