Forgiveness

The heavy feeling of past hurts and disappointments is known to all. And this is the part where forgiveness arises as one of the most vital skills of a lifetime, offering a path to inner peace and harmony.

In the new video, Imram shares insights on the art of letting go, explaining:
•  Where grudges and resentment come from;
•  Practical steps for learning how to genuinely forgive oneself and others.
• The concept of forgiveness as a gift to oneself;
• How to apply this powerful practice in daily life.

Watch the premiere today at 4 PM UTC

“Before we can truly forgive others, we must first learn to forgive ourselves. When we fail to accept ourselves, we live in inner tension and conflict. This tension suffocates the body — and the body of life.hen we seek to release that resentment, we forgive ourselves and those around us and take a step forward or even one thousand steps forward.”

May the insights from this video brighten your day and smooth your path!

❓ You often ask:  “What’s the minimum age for attending seminars and retreats?”

Only individuals who have reached the age of majority (18+) may attend “Imram Kriya” seminars and retreats.

“May children practise Kriya Yoga?”

If a child is sufficiently developed (often influenced by their parents), ready, and interested, they can be introduced to yoga elements suitable for their understanding. For younger children, it is best to approach this in a playful manner. Teens aged 14 to 16 may begin learning powerful breathwork techniques, depending on their level of perception. Pranayama can place significant demands on the brain.

Only a genuinely spiritual person should introduce children to these practices when they are ready. This responsibility may fall to the child’s father. While powerful methods should be practised regularly, most children may not be prepared for consistent practice.

Parents should prepare in advance to guide their child on the spiritual path. To do this effectively, they need to be practitioners themselves. If parents made a conscious effort to welcome the new soul into this world — through prayer, meditation, and purification, — the child will absorb all spiritual teachings with their mother’s milk and their father’s mental and spiritual strength, allowing them to start practising at an early age. They will act like a spiritual being, and you will recognise their spiritual power. This is not a matter of pride but a reason to be thankful to God.

🕉 HOW DOES THE MIND OVERSHADOW LIFE?

When you start comparing, there is always a feeling of inferiority. Look, do you sometimes experience a feeling of boundless joy ? Does it happen? Sitting down, cool, and immediately the mind starts going over something: “So, where is the reason?” What is the reason? Sometimes it’s even “What’s the catch?” As soon as you start paying attention to this, your joy disappears. Finally, the mind has entered the heart and you begin to feel something, but suddenly the mind begins to mentally scan again: “So, what’s the matter? Why don’t I know about this? Where did it come from?” and then it’s gone. Isn’t that right?

What does it take a woman to become self-fulfilled?

A woman’s fulfilment is all about love and acceptance. No one can resist this power. So you don’t have to do anything about it. You can practise if you want. This is to ensure that you don’t lose your feeling of love, because when a person enters into the mental plane, they forget the most important thing. However, even if you are oblivious for a while, this feeling still comes back to you, because there is compassion and love. That’s not an attachment by any means.

It’s not the relationship between a male and a female that you enjoy. You enjoy the state of radiating love. And in that state, you don’t care whether they love you or not. This is the difference. The same goes for men.

What Really Happens When We Breathe

From a physiological perspective, breathing oxygenates the body, removes toxins, regulates the heartbeat, balances brain function, and harmonises the endocrine system.

Yoga sees much deeper. We inhale not only air, but prana — the life force that sustains all living beings, influences our well-being and even the span of our life.

Breath is like a bridge that unites body, mind, and consciousness.

When it is shallow and rapid, energy scatters. When it is conscious and deep, energy gathers — bringing calmness and strength. Yet we seldom breathe consciously.

Just as our state affects our breathing, so breathing influences our state. Through breathing, we can regulate emotions and restore tranquillity. At a deeper level, we can learn to consciously distribute prana — the life energy.

In yoga, this is known as pranayama — the art of energy control. Pranayama is not merely a breathing exercise. It is the mastery of drawing in energy and pausing the breath when prana is abundant — when the body is fully nourished by the life force.

“Prana carries special elements that shape the body. Through regular practice of pranayama, energy becomes balanced, the channels open, and the need for breath decreases. Yet, this requires practice and the mastery of specific methods.”

Imram

When the breath becomes slow and deep, the mind grows still, the body purifies, and energy flows freely. The practice of pranayama strengthens concentration and naturally leads one into meditation.

Love

“Love is the greatest power in the Universe.” In the new video, Imram reflects on love — the greatest force in the universe, explaining what true love is and how it differs from mere attachment.

Watch the premiere today at 4 PM UTC

You’ll discover:
– How relationships between men and women are built;
– Why certain relationships last and others don’t;

When true love arises, words and thoughts fall away. The philosophy of yoga is founded on the principle of unity with this unconditional love. Love has the power to transform anything…”
