Best Time to Practise: Brahma Muhurta and Natural Rhythms

Ancient texts describe a special time — Brahma Muhurta (“the time of Brahma”). It lasts 48 minutes, beginning 1 hour 36 minutes before dawn and ending 48 minutes before sunrise. This window is considered ideal for meditation, yoga, and spiritual practice.

The pre-dawn hours naturally sync your biorhythms, sharpen perception, invite inner tranquillity, and offer a direct path into high-frequency states.

🔸Finding the Right Time
The exact Brahma Muhurta depends on your location and the season. For example, if sunrise is at 6:00, Brahma Muhurta runs from 4:24 to 5:12.

🔸The “Golden Mean”
If your schedule doesn’t align with these hours, Master Imram suggests other effective times: 4:00–8:00 AM and 4:00–8:00 PM.

Practising at the same time each day helps you adapt faster, reduces mental resistance, and accelerates the reprogramming of your inner patterns at the cellular level. Remember: “The great lies within the small.”

Small daily steps build a strong foundation for the evolution of consciousness.

☀️Morning is the best time — stay consistent with your practice.

We will continue the “Week of Morning Practices” tomorrow. Materials will be published at 8 am Moscow time. Practise at a time that suits you best — the video remains on the channel.

We wish you success on your path to self-realisation!

⬆️ Imram’s advice on how to repeat a mantra

A mantra is a vibration in the form of sounds, syllables, or words in Sanskrit. The literal translation of the word is “that which protects the mind.”

There is a concept known as the Mahamantra, or the “Great Mantra.” The term comes from Sanskrit, where “maha” means “great,” and “mantra” means “liberation or protection of the mind.” Mahamantras are the most powerful, principal mantras for specific purposes. Each tradition has its own Mahamantra.

Take Charge of Your Subconscious

You can work with your subconscious by reaching into the superconscious — a level of awareness that, as Imram reminds us, is always there. It’s not bound by time or logic, so it can harmonise and reshape everything you carry deep within.

Trying to change your life through the mind alone keeps you in a kind of self-hypnosis — every “I think” or “I feel” is part of it. To break free, or as Master puts it, “dehypnotise consciousness,” you need practice that goes beyond body and mind.

This practice is known as Kriya Nidra. It’s a method of consciously entering a state where you take charge of your mind and see reality as it is — unfiltered.

In Kriya Nidra, inner centres awaken and start to reclaim control over everything that’s been imposed on us. This isn’t about endlessly analysing the vast subconscious with the mind — it’s a shift to an entirely different level of consciousness.

🌟 For those looking to do deeper work, our recorded “Kriya Nidra” course  is a good place to start.

Kriya Nidra helps you connect with the superconscious. Prana, the life force, starts to shift and find its natural balance. This supports healing and rejuvenation, as the blocks rooted in the mind’s automatic reactions are released.

It’s more than deep relaxation. It’s an inner transformation.

In Kriya Nidra, the space between waking and sleeping, the subconscious becomes directly accessible, allowing neural patterns to be reshaped without the mind getting in the way.

• You learn deep body relaxation.
• Your sleep improves as the subconscious stops replaying old scenarios.
• You rise above habitual thinking, freeing yourself from automatic reactions.
• Your focus sharpens.
• Mind and body come into harmony.

Course Format:
·         5 recorded practical lessons.
·         Practise lying down or sitting comfortably.
·         Access is unlimited.
·         You can practise online anytime.
·         Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Satsangs – Answers to Your Questions

In personal practice, questions inevitably arise. One way to get an answer is a satsang with Master. Satsang translates as “communion with truth.” Unlike a lecture, a satsang allows your specific question to be addressed.

So that you can get acquainted with this format and find answers to your questions, we have prepared a collection of recorded satsangs. Study the materials on our YouTube channel and deepen your practice:

🔸 The voice of the Soul. Old age and vampirism. Demonic worlds: how to react to provocations from loved ones; what guilt means and what to do about it; which mantra helps to emerge from strong emotional states.

🔸 Destructive words. Conscience and repentance. Ways to improve memory: swear words and expressions; what to do if a child uses foul language; what to do to improve memory; how many times to chant the Mahamantra.

🔸Psychosomatics and Kinesiology. Cellular Consciousness. Biological Age: how to combine sports and Kriya yoga; how to awaken light in the cells of the body; how to be an observer in life; how to find balance between spiritual aspiration and social fulfillment.

🔹 Watch all satsangs ⬇️

We wish you inner strength and wisdom,
