How the Subconscious Shapes Our Reality
“Our thoughts shape this world, but our subconscious mind sets up the overall tone of our life.” (Imram)
The subconscious stores everything — every thought, emotion, action, and reaction. Through the five senses, countless images and impressions enter it every day, each one leaving an imprint. If we do not become aware of these impressions or work with them consciously, they begin to shape our body, emotions, behaviour, and decisions — our entire life.
This is why life so often unfolds contrary to our conscious intentions. The subconscious constructs reality from accumulated programmes, not from surface-level thoughts. In this way, patterns formed over years of unconscious reactions return as what we call destiny.
Freedom from these unconscious programmes begins when we stop being controlled by them. In the state of detachment, we can observe our thoughts and reactions without identifying with them.
True freedom comes when we begin to consciously direct the subconscious.
Meditation and self-observation help reveal deep-seated beliefs and transform limiting patterns.
When we learn to observe automatic reactions and redirect them, we gain control over our emotional state and quality of life. This is how true freedom and inner strength are born.
We wish you success on this path!
Retreat: Deepen Your Practice
After the seminar, a new stage begins: practice becomes part of life, and meditation grows deeper and steadier. Mastering the “42 Kriyas” technique builds a strong foundation, preparing body and mind for longer focus.
From here, the natural move is full immersion — exploring your potential at a deeper level.
A retreat provides space for intensive practice. Practising within Master’s energy field helps fine-tune your inner rhythms and stabilise your neurophysiological state.
The retreat helps you:• Reinforce what you learnt in the seminar.• Tune into silence, joy, and peace.• Develop a deeper sense and understanding of yourself.• Take your practice and understanding of the techniques to a deeper level.• Expand perception and energise yourself.
If you’ve attended the seminar and are ready to dive deeper, join our retreat in Turkey, on 4–6 May, for conscious self-exploration.

⬆️ The Secret of Self-Control
In this video, Imram uses an example to explain what you need to shift your attention to in order to restore calm, confidence, and the ability to control reality.
Each of us has an inner resource – the state of “I Am.” One of the quickest ways to enter it is to shift your attention to the Vessel of Transcendental Power. Through it, consciousness enters another dimension of perception.
In the physical body, these are the points: the forehead, the back of the head, and the spine. When we direct our focus to these areas, deep forces awaken within us, capable of transforming consciousness.

Auto-Suggestion During Practice Sessions
We all carry a vast store of beliefs formed in childhood. Some were placed upon us, others we created ourselves. It can take years to break free from these inner limitations.
One of the most reliable ways to transform subconscious programmes is to become aware of them in deep meditation.
🔹If this feels too complex or time-consuming so far, you can work with auto-suggestion instead — which also operates through the power of words. In other words, you train yourself into who you want to become, or what you want to achieve.
Auto-suggestion is not simply the repetition of phrases. It is a shift in self-perception.
Many traditions are built on this principle. For example, Tibetan monks use auto-suggestion to identify with the qualities they aspire to embody. The same principle is present in Kriya Nidra practice, where we affirm our own perfection. When we say, “I realise this is not just a leg, but the highest power expressed as a leg,” — the body responds. In Kriya, energising the body is also a form of auto-suggestion.
In this sense, auto-suggestion itself becomes a form of meditation. It is important to understand this: if we meditate on emptiness, we dissolve into it and lose individual form. So if you are not yet engaged in deep, systematic practice of yoga or meditation, it is often more effective to meditate on the image of what you wish to become.
✨If you want to be healthy, your new self-image must include health.
“In Kriya, we practise the presence of the Creator from head to toe — this is the highest affirmation of all time. Because here, the Creator Himself works through us, giving exactly what is needed, in the right measure. Complete trust in the Creator is the greatest affirmation.” (Imram)

Why Don’t Affirmations Always Work?
Practice
Some people think that simply repeating “I am successful” or “I am healthy” is enough to change their life. But if nothing changes, the problem isn’t the affirmation — it’s the way it’s used.
“We are what we think,” says Imram. An affirmation isn’t just words. It’s a key that activates an inner process. But like any key, it only works in the right state.
This is where brain frequency matters.
In the beta state, the mind is active. In this state affirmations will hardly take root. The alpha state brings focus and a sense of contemplation — and the effect begins to deepen. In the theta state, when the brain moves into the frequencies of deep meditation, affirmations work most powerfully, like self-hypnosis.
So how do you access this state? The easiest way is during the transition between waking and sleep — as you’re falling asleep or just waking up.
PRACTICE
1. Shape an affirmation as if it is already true. Not “I want to be healthy,” but “I am healthy.”
2. Record these phrases in your own voice — 15 to 20 minutes is enough.
3. Switch them on as you fall asleep and let them play through the night. Alternatively, set a timer so it starts playing 5–10 minutes before you wake up.
In the theta state, whatever you focus on quickly sinks into the subconscious. In meditation, affirmations help to re-programme the mind.
✨Friends, share in the comments which affirmations work for you — and whether you’ve noticed a difference between simple repetition and working with the subconscious during sleep.
Friends, let’s talk this week about the power of words and how to use it to shift the subconscious, and practise affirmations.
“My tongue is my enemy,” says folk wisdom. “A thought charged with feeling and dressed in words becomes powerful karma,” says Imram.
When we just think, our thought stays an idea in the subtle realm. But the moment we speak it out loud, we’re giving a command to the Universe. That’s why it matters so much what we say. A word isn’t just a sound. It’s vibration.
✨Words carry powerful energy and actually shape reality.
We often use filler words like “wow” or “oh my,” without thinking about the energy behind them. But in moments of stress or joy, the subconscious opens, and those random sounds and phrases become the building blocks of our destiny.
❔Have you noticed any destructive words creeping into the way you speak? Maybe you’ve worked with affirmations consciously and felt the impact? Share your experience in the comments.
