The Basic Course of Kriya Meditation is a self-contained system of techniques that you can practice for months or even years before being initiated into the 6 Steps of Kriya at the seminar. You can also use these practices as an additional tool to progress on the path of self-development.

No special preparation is required. Kriya does not involve complex postures; the techniques can be practiced in any comfortable position with a straight back, even while sitting in a chair.
