🧘🏻♀️Finding a Comfortable Meditation Posture
· You may sit on the floor in any cross-legged position that feels natural to you. If needed, place a firm cushion underneath for support. Comfort is essential. You can also meditate seated on a chair with back support.
· If your legs feel stiff or uncomfortable during practice, adjust your position gently without breaking concentration.
· If your eyes or tongue become tired, allow them to relax naturally for a moment before returning them to their upward focus. Avoid any unnecessary tension.
· Stay attentive to your sensations and well-being. If needed, take a short break or lie on your back in a relaxed state.
