A retreat is an intensive, immersive practice that transforms your consciousness. This is your starting point for profound inner change.
During group sessions, Imram transmits knowledge and experience, helping participants attain an inner state of joy, confidence and peace of mind.
Each retreat is truly an unforgettable journey in the life of everyone engaged in self-development—whether you are an experienced practitioner or just beginning your path in Kriya.
Satsangs are a unique opportunity to meet Imram, to ask exercising issues and to communicate. To hear Imram’s advice in a warm and cordial atmosphere. This opportunity is available only at retreats, it helps to deal with situations that arise, to gain clarity, the right understanding and attitude to life.
Enjoy fresh mountain air and breathtaking views of vast open spaces. The knowledge and energy gained during the practice are more easily absorbed in such places.
There is free time during the retreat, giving you the chance to take walks, socialize, and make new friends. Many participants come to the retreat with their entire family. You will have the opportunity to spend time together during the free hours outside of practice.

What is the difference between a retreat and a seminar?
The seminar is a 2-day training focused on the principles and techniques of Kriya, during which you will learn a structured 6-step system for regular practice.
The retreat is a continuation of this learning — a deeper immersion into the practice, reinforcement, and refinement of the techniques previously received. This is why prior participation in the seminar is required. The retreat offers participants intensive group practice with Imram, as well as dedicated sessions where they will have the opportunity to ask arising questions.
During the retreat, there is a direct transmission of knowledge and experience — from heart to heart, from Master to disciple…
Kriya is a rapid method for achieving results on the path to a joyful life, longevity, and heightened awareness.
More and more people today are asking: How can I remain calm in any situation? How can I bring harmony to my inner and outer world?
Meditation is a powerful tool for awakening our consciousness.
The “Imram Kriya” Retreat is an opportunity to devote time solely to practice in a soulful, peaceful atmosphere outside the city — to immerse yourself in new sensations and states of being. Inner transformation naturally leads to positive changes in all areas of life.

1. During the retreat, you will be practicing intensively with Imram and Khadija, energising the body, so it’s important to enhance the conductivity of your cells and energy channels. If you usually eat heavy food, try switching to lighter and healthier meals a week before the retreat, consider doing a body detox, and drink more pure water.
If giving up meat, alcohol, or tobacco seems difficult, start practicing Kriya — the practice itself will naturally help you let go of harmful habits.
2. Review the techniques you learned during the seminar.
3. Alongside your regular practice, we encourage you to deepen your understanding of Kriya through recommended reading.
You can find the list of books recommended by the Master HERE and in the article “Literature for Self-Development”.

You may bring a woolen mat, blanket, shawl, or simply a piece of wool fabric (100% wool is preferred).
If sitting on the floor is uncomfortable, feel free to bring a small cushion or seat that will allow you to remain comfortably seated for extended periods.
Please note: there’s no need to bring rubber yoga mats — they will be provided in the hall. - A small water bottle. Drinking water will be available in the hall.
- Indoor shoes or slippers to walk from the changing area to the hall.
- A notebook and pen for taking notes.

Kriya Yoga is a tool that allows a person to accelerate their evolution. It is a path to a happy life, longevity, and heightened awareness.
The Kriya method awakens neural connections, develops the brain and the power of concentration, activates intuition, our inner potential, as well as the knowledge and abilities that lie within each of us.
As a result of regular practice, the energy gained, and the knowledge acquired, our consciousness begins to change — as does our attitude toward ourselves, our body, and our health.
Most practitioners note a shift in their relationship with food. With the experience of higher energy levels, we naturally begin to eat less and choose healthier, higher-quality foods. Many lose their attachment to meat, sugar, and coffee.
Participants of the seminars often find it easy to give up harmful habits.
Kriya is a very fast and effective technique! For those in a hurry, I can say — there is nothing faster than this system, because it works through all aspects of our being simultaneously.
Imram
The knowledge and practices shared by Imram at the seminar are accessible to people of all ages, regardless of physical fitness or health condition.
Kriya Yoga does not require complex postures, and meditation can even be practiced while sitting in a chair.
Kriya Yoga teaches how to calm the mind and reach higher states of consciousness through conscious control of the breath. Just 10 minutes of Kriya practice is equivalent to 20 years of natural human evolution. And 50 minutes of scientific Kriya practice equals 100 years of spiritual evolution..
In the eyes of most people, a yogi is someone who has developed their body’s abilities to an incredible degree: they can lie on nails, walk on fire, or sit in a lotus position. But the essence of yoga is its spiritual aspect. The principle of Unity! Yoga is not a religion. It is a science that reveals Higher Knowledge — the source from which various systems and traditions have emerged.
Imram
Meditation is a state beyond the mind, the personality, the ego. It is a state that allows us to get to know and befriend ourselves, to step into higher spheres of self-awareness. No thoughts exist within meditation.
It is the mind’s ability to focus on a High idea.
Meditation is a state when you are very close to the Creator, the Supreme. But there is a distance between you and the Higher Self to which you aspire. An analogy with a fire can serve as an example. Meditation is when you are sitting around a fire, but you cannot get close to it, because you are not yet ready. You enjoy the warmth and love of this divine radiance, you feel warm, happy and comfortable, you are close to it and have the opportunity to enjoy it.
Enjoying and rejoicing in it is meditation. Moreover, the Creator’s radiance constantly gives you what you so desperately need. In the case of the fire, it is warmth, in the case of divinity, it is unconditional love, strength, wisdom, peace, and everything that comes with it.
This is perfection, this is magic… and it changes you.
