Who are the retreats for?
Imram Kriya retreats are for anyone who has completed a seminar.
It is a great opportunity to consolidate your knowledge, deepen your study of Kriya techniques and find answers to your questions. Picturesque and environmentally clean settings help the participants quickly shift away from the active social life of the city to focus on their inner work, find inspiration and tune into inner silence and harmony.
Retreats are needed to assimilate the Energy and Knowledge that one received during a 2-day Seminar.

How does Imram feel about haters?
Friends, what helps you stay detached from negativity on social media?
WHAT DISTRACTS US FROM TRUE MEDITATION?
“Kriya Yoga meditation is impossible if you are distracted by incense sticks or beautiful music. It’s not meditation. It’s relaxation.
Meditation is impossible if you are actually listening to music and thinking, “What a beautiful flute!” Incense… You either feel like sneezing or you find yourself thinking, “Oh, these incense sticks are wonderful!” You’re always thinking, analysing. It’s not meditation.”

Kriya as a Living Tradition: Imram’s Seminars Today
In 2005, the very first seminar with Imram took place in Makhachkala — attended by just 7 people. Soon after, at the initiative of Master’s students, seminars began to be held in other cities across Russia.
Interest in the Kriya teachings grew steadily. Over time, the seminars reached more locations, and the number of participants gradually rose to 2000.
From the very beginning, and still today, the teachings follow the traditional Kriya Yoga approach: knowledge is passed directly from teacher to student, in person, during live sessions. For this reason, Imram’s seminars are never held online.
Two decades on, Imram Kriya has become an international initiative. To date, over 100,000 people have received Kriya training from Master Imram. Seminars and retreats are now held around the world — in Russia, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and India.
🌟The goal of Imram Kriya is to share knowledge of the scientific method of Kriya and to teach psychophysical techniques of energisation, concentration, and meditation to anyone seeking self-development and a harmonious life.
“My most important task is to help people understand that they are a manifestation of the Higher and to assist in revealing the qualities naturally bestowed upon them from Above.” — Imram.
❔ Friends, who has attended Imram’s seminar? Please share when and where it took place, and how your practice is progressing.

What jealousy is?
Jealousy is a demonic feeling. There is a notion of the demon of jealousy. The demons of lies, jealousy, envy are some of the worst qualities. And behind them lies the so-called dryness. So, this feeling is to be avoided.

Kriya and kriya — Two Meanings of the Word
1️⃣ Kriya refers to a psychophysiological method of self-exploration. It is a method of scientific concentration that helps unlock potential and cultivate deep awareness. Kriya combines a system of practices with a philosophical framework. Within this context, “Kriya” is written with a capital letter.
“Kriya is the science of self-realisation and understanding the laws of the Universe.” (Imram)
Kriya has ancient origins, rooted in traditions developed over centuries but lost over time. In the 19th century, Mahavatar Babaji revived the tradition and passed it on through Lahiri Mahasaya, making it accessible to ordinary people living everyday lives.
🔹The word Kriya comes from the Sanskrit root ‘kri,’ meaning “to act” or “to do.”
2️⃣ kriya – with a lowercase k – generally refers to an action in all yoga schools. In this context, kriyas are exercises designed to cleanse or relax the body.
Within the Kriya method, kriyas are specific techniques combining movement, breath, and attention. Examples include 42 energising kriyas, 14 breathing kriyas, and various pranayamas. When performed consciously and with proper internal focus, kriyas channel energy to specific parts of the body and trigger transformative processes.
Kriyas are learned gradually from a teacher, with more advanced practices introduced as the practitioner progresses.
Through these actions, Kriya becomes a union (yoga) with the Higher Self attained via conscious effort (kriyas). This profound approach fosters the development of consciousness, integrity, and inner harmony.
· Kriya — as philosophy, methodology, and a set of techniques — is explored in depth during seminars. Traditionally, this knowledge is transmitted directly from teacher to student in live sessions.

❔Can Kriya practice be combined with other methods? This is a question we often see in our social networks.
Kriya is a path of knowledge, whose principles and practices are woven into the fabric of every tradition and discipline. It doesn’t conflict with other practices, but can instead complement them beautifully. Kriya teaches you to maintain complete awareness in every action, enhancing their value and leading to better outcomes.
“If you practise other disciplines while ensuring that every action is imbued with awareness, taking note of the changes in your mental state and in the bioenergetic and physical dimensions of your being, — you are essentially practising Kriya that encompasses all aspects of our existence.” (Imram)
When selecting methods for personal development, it’s possible to combine different techniques. However, it’s often best to alternate practices — either on separate days or with breaks between sessions. This allows you to immerse yourself fully in each approach, sense its nuances, and track its effects.
Many participants at Imram’s seminars share that, before discovering Kriya, they had explored various forms of yoga, meditation, energy practices, body-centred techniques, and sports activities.

Registration for the “Imram Kriya” RETREAT Is Now Open
Many of you have been waiting for this announcement.
We’re happy to share that this spring, a three-day Imram Kriya retreat will take place in Turkey.
The retreat is a natural continuation of training and an intensive immersion in practice with Master, designed for those who have already completed the seminar.
☀️ A warm climate, close contact with nature, and the shared field of the group create ideal conditions for shifting attention away from external distractions and into deeper inner work.
If your personal practice sometimes lacks depth or consistency, if you feel the need to move to a new level and gain fresh experience, this retreat offers the opportunity to do so under Master’s attentive guidance.
During the retreat, we will practise for 5 hours a day — energisation, advanced techniques, and meditation. This level of immersion brings a new quality to practice: greater depth, clarity, inner calm, and stability.
Equally important, the retreat offers the chance to:
— clarify techniques in detail;
— ask Imram questions that arise from your personal practice;
— clearly see where real progress is happening and where attention needs to be strengthened or redirected.
