Meditation Week starts today!
It’s a wonderful chance to establish a regular practice while being part of a supportive community. It’s an ideal place to start, even if you’ve never meditated before.
Each morning, you’ll receive a new, short practice with clear, easy-to-follow explanations and guidance in the comments. Feel free to invite friends or ask questions — our team is always there to help.
🧘🧘♀️ More experienced practitioners are warmly encouraged to share their experiences and support those who are just beginning.
🔹 All meditations are short — no longer than 20 minutes.
🔹 We recommend practising twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
🔹 Consistency matters far more than duration.
* Even five minutes of daily practice can shift your mindset and help you build inner stability.

How you can start meditating if you don’t have time?
It’s so easy to be constantly busy. However, few can really do nothing: not to think, not to move, and just to sit there still in an attempt to realise who they really are. You will always be busy until you learn to control your mind, because your mind tends to substitute certain things and switch your attention to new ideas again and again. A busy person is a person who in fact loses themselves.
Imram
In the article “How you can start meditating if you don’t have time”, Imram has given a detailed answer to the questions:
• How can I develop concentration in everyday life?
• Why is it important to practice meditation? Why isn’t that an easy practice?
• How does the scientific technique of Kriya help to enter the state of meditation?

IMPORTANT ADVICE FROM IMRAM
The most important advice for those watching this is to begin your spiritual practice by constantly reminding yourself that you are neither the body nor the mind. In time, it will bear fruit. When we indulge in something we enjoy, such as chocolates, we must recognise that we are satisfying our body, but we should not identify with it. This body is not who we are. We simply allow the body to enjoy some food, experiencing its tastes to appease a part of our life. However, we are never truly this life. We are always free from it. Eventually, this realisation will come to fruition.

WE RECOMMEND:

- Playlist “How to love yourself? How to understand yourself? How to hear the voice of your soul?”
Samadhi
It is a state many aspire to reach on the spiritual journey. But what is it really?
Watch the premiere today at 4 PM UTC to find out.
In this video, Imram sheds light on this sophisticated concept, revealing the inner work required to attain it and dispelling common myths behind this ultimate state of consciousness.
You will learn:
• How to understand this state that exists beyond evaluation.
• How to prepare for experiencing such deep states.
• The true meaning of life’s events.
• Why, in reality, you cannot “learn” to meditate.
“When it is quiet inside, this is meditation. Samadhi is when there is no concept of “quiet” — Imram.
We hope this video brings you joy and inner peace!
The year 2025 in Kriya style was truly powerful!
We lived through an intense and transformative year together, full of practice and connection with Imram.
This year marked the 20th anniversary of Imram’s teaching journey, and it was filled with live events – we gathered in various cities and countries for seminars and retreats. Everyone had the opportunity to choose their own place to practice with Imram, to feel the support and strength of Master’s presence.
We held:
- 3 retreats: 2 in Sochi and 1 in Turkey;
- 6 seminars: 2 in Moscow, as well as in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Germany, and the UAE (Dubai).
Our online life was also incredibly active: new projects, live streams, interviews and profound knowledge available from anywhere in the world.
Stay tuned for our upcoming events!
Friends, thank you for being with us, and we will always be happy to see you in any city and country!
✨ Friends, increasingly more people are gathering for open meditations with Imram on Saturdays. That’s great – as we come together for one purpose, we amplify our intentions.
We practice under recorded meditations with Master, helping each other practice regularly at the same time and creating a powerful group field. It really helps with moving forward.
🕉 Join us every Saturday at 10 am London time and New York time. Participation is free of charge.
Registration is required for the link to meditation. After registration, you will receive an email reminder every Saturday with a link to the broadcast

✨ Friends, in case you don’t have the opportunity to attend an Imram Kriya seminar or retreat at the moment, or if you would like to receive additional Kriya techniques, the Basic Course can help you.
This is a self-contained system of techniques that you can practice for many months or even years before your initiation into the 6 stages of Kriya at the seminar. Those who have already received initiation will receive new knowledge.
✨ The course is useful for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. There are various levels of difficulty and the workload increases as you progress.
✨ The course consists of three practical sessions of 2 hours each and a webinar with answers to participant’s questions. You will learn under Master’s guidance:
• Basic techniques of meditation, energisation and magnetisation of bodies
• Advanced techniques
• Progressive technique
• Techniques of scientific concentration and relaxation
A total of 18 Kriya techniques are included in the course. Among them are breathing techniques that, with regular practice, allow you to take control of the life force prana.
Imram provides a theoretical explanation in each lesson, and then you practice together with Master. Techniques can be practiced separately and incorporated into your practice as an additional tool for advancement.
