HOW TO OBSERVE LIFE PROPERLY?
If you’re trying to understand how to observe life properly – you have to understand how life is reflected in you. You can observe life through the reactions of the body. When an event happens, do you feel pleasant or unpleasant? When an event is about to happen, you anticipate something. It is an intuitive moment. When it happens, you rely mainly on the reaction of the mind, whereas it should be the other way round.
First of all we have to rely on the sensations in the body. For example, when I talk to somebody, people say that they have goosebumps right now, emotions. That’s right. Goosebumps are an indicator of the body’s reaction. That means it’s true. So it would be a good thing to rely on the body’s reactions.

HOW TO DEAL WITH FAILURE IN LIFE?
No one says you’ve lived a bad life if you’ve failed to keep your family together, if you’ve failed to keep your business together. Or something else, it doesn’t really matter now. Everything that happened was right. Because you don’t want to go through this during the next life, do you? Work it off in this lifetime and move ahead.
There is nothing wrong if a person makes mistakes. They are only regarded as mistakes by people who don’t understand a thing themselves. People have opinions. So many men, so many opinions.

Why is there a sense of guilt when you miss a practice session?
Let there be some guilt. What else would motivate people to practise? If people don’t feel guilty, how can they pull themselves together and force themselves to do something? Guilt is a voice of conscience. And when a person feels that this aspect of their life is very important, their soul starts to force them, to remind them that they need to practise, that they missed yesterday: “How come I wasn’t satiated, I didn’t get the necessary amount of love, of experiences.” That’s what guilt is all about.
Conscience and guilt are different things. Guilt is the result of conscience waking up and reminding our personality, our mind, that you have done wrong, you have failed. However, people don’t skip lunch or dinner. But for some reason they sometimes forget to feed the Soul.

How to keep a relationship alive.
“Two people put it this way, “Let’s move in with each other to see if we belong together. It remains to be seen”. Is it a healthy attitude? Of course not. That’s why many couples divorce.
When two people decide to get married, it would be much better if the man bore responsibility for the woman for the rest of his life and the woman took responsibility to be with her husband.”
Imram
In the article “How to keep a relationship alive”, Imram clarifies some important aspects of a happy family life. He gives answers to the following questions:
• Why do people divorce?
• What to strive for in married life?
• How does spirituality manifest itself in family relationships?

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN YOGA, WHY IS IT IMPORTANT
Passive yoga is when you are reading books, listening to some lecturers, analysing, sitting on a sofa, maybe in an armchair, maybe on the road, listening to some lectures through headphones. That is passive yoga.
Active yoga is when you consciously perform actions and have a great desire to achieve a result. Without that result, nothing happens. If there is no result, there is no personal experience — that’s it. It is just information then. When Imram tells you something, you listen — it is information for you until you start to act. When you take action, you gain experience.

“THE MIRRORS”
Album Is Out Now!
Imram’s new music album “The Mirrors” is a unique blend of diverse musical styles and heartfelt compositions that fill the soul with love. It continues the journey begun with the previous album “P 3.14”, which symbolized the manifestation of spiritual power in our lives.
The metaphor behind the title “The Mirrors” reflects the multidimensionality within each of us. Together, as a unified whole, we show one another what still needs to be transformed within ourselves. At the same time, as reflections of the Universe itself, we are given the opportunity to feel who we truly are, to reconnect with our inner essence, and to remember our core values.
This kind of deeply meaningful music awakens our inner potential, evokes a sense of fullness and causeless joy, and helps us turn inward—to reconnect with feelings of love and light.
“The Mirrors” is now available on all streaming platforms. Follow the link and enjoy the experience.
