The Imram Kriya seminar was held in Dubai! The 2-day training was attended by participants from different countries and cities, of different ages and with different backgrounds in practice learning. The seminar was held in two languages, Russian and English. In addition to gaining new knowledge, participants were able to interact with each other and with Master Imram.
We thank everyone who came to this Seminar and are grateful for their trust and interest in the Science of Kriya!

✨Dear Friends! The unifying joint practice with Master Imram is available in the recording. This is a comprehensive training session lasting 2.5 hours, in which Master passes on the basic techniques of Kriya as a powerful tool for rapid development.
The practice is suitable both for beginners and for those who have been practicing yoga for many years.
In the first part of the session, you will acquire important keys for performing Kriya techniques. During the second part of the session, Master answers the practitioners’ questions, revealing the intricacies of external and internal work.
Master Imram gives recommendations for successful practising at home. He says how to properly concentrate on energy centers, how to get into meditation and to come out of it.
Master gives a detailed explanation of the exercise techniques and advises how to work with the physical and mental bodies, with the psyche and the mind.

The seminar in Dubai starts today! We meet at the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Melrose ballroom.
The seminar on Saturday and Sunday will be held from 1 pm to 7 pm local time.
If you can’t personally attend the Seminar, you can always start practising at home.
Wherever you are, every Saturday at 10 am Moscow time, you can join the joint online meditation. Together we create a strong field. This energy inspires us, helps us develop and realise all our intentions.
Participation in meditation is free of charge. Join us! This is a great opportunity to start practising regularly.

Imram’s lecture in Bali has been postponed! Friends, Master Imram’s lecture in Bali has been postponed to a later date for technical reasons. We will announce a new date later, on the website Imram-Kriya.com and in all Imram Kriya social networks.
