What is the IMRAM KRIYA SEMINAR

This is a 2-day training, mastering the techniques of Kriya by direct transmission from the Master to the student. During Seminars you receive not only information and Kriya techniques, but also Knowledge as a Power and personal experience of Master. There is very subtle and deep work on all levels. The transformation takes place right during the Seminar.

Each participant receives Initiation into the 6 stages of Kriya. After completing the Seminar, you will have a system of techniques for independent practice, which, with regular practice, will take you to a new level of spiritual and physical development.

In addition to a detailed study of theoretical material, the Seminar focuses on practice – the correct performance of the Kriyas and answering questions from the participants.

The seminar in Marbella starts tomorrow! Venue address:: Hotel Don Pepe Gran Melia Marbella, Street José Meliá, Marbella, Spain. The participants have two days of training and intensive immersion in the practice of Kriya ahead of them.

Before the Seminar, we send recommendations to all participants. These tips are also useful for those who plan to attend the Imram Kriya Seminar in the near future.

What we recommend to take to the Seminar:

• Clothes that are comfortable to sit and practise in for a long time, preferably in light colours of natural fabrics.
• During practice, it is recommended to sit on a surface made of natural materials, preferably wool. You can use a wool mat, a plaid, a stole or just a wool cloth (preferably 100% wool). If you find it difficult to sit on the floor, take a small cushion with you – something you can sit on comfortably for a long time. No need to bring rubber yoga mats – they will be in the hall
•A small bottle of water.
•Notepad and pen for writing.
