The majority of people come to yoga in order to heal. They want to engage in self-exploration, but find it difficult. This is like telling a sick and hungry person about the philosophy of the Tao, for example. He needs to be fed or at least reduce the pain, definitely feed him , reduce the pain so that he is at least adequate, at least a two on a ten-point scale, and then he will at least be willing to hear something of it. And when a person has pain in the soul, in the body, and he is hungry, Dao is powerless here. This is just a joke, but it’s true.
