MEDITATION WEEK on the Imram Kriya Telegram Channel
Dear friends, we know that starting a daily meditation practice can feel challenging, especially at the very beginning. There’s often uncertainty about what to do and how to do it. Even those who’ve already experienced the benefits of meditation can find it difficult to stay consistent.
🧘 That’s why we’re launching Meditation Week on our Telegram channel — to help you gently build meditation into your everyday life. For one week, we’ll be meditating together every day, with short guided sessions in the morning and evening.
• When: January 19-25
• Duration: 7 days
• Practice length: 5-20 minutes (exception: Saturday meditation)
• Participation: Free, no registration required
