Unreasonable fear: what is it?
If you develop unreasonable fear for something, for someone, for yourself – go straight to the Divine Cave. You just have to sit up straight. Even if you don’t know how to do it, just sit up straight for some time. Don’t do anything. Feel the spine for 3-5 minutes – it all goes away. At least you get the feeling that you are coping with the situation.
