Consent to receive informational and promotional mailings
- As a subject of personal data, I (referred to as the User), agree to receive informational and promotional mailings and services by submitting information through feedback forms (referred to as the Form, Forms) during the registration process for the purpose of using the Website, as described in point 5 of this Agreement (referred to as the Mailings and Services (referred to as the Agreement)), and by using the Website / its Services, I express my full, unconditional and unambiguous consent to receive mailings, including advertising, containing information, including but not limited to the following about goods and services, special offers, promotions related to them, conditions related to the acquisition and use of the specified goods and services, about events, presentations, offers from partners, as well as prepared mailings in the form of personal recommendations for me, taking into account the analysis of consumer behaviour, via e-mail newsletters (sending messages to e-mail), SMS mailings (Short Message Service), postal mailings, telephone calls, any other means of communication, through the Internet network of the Operator – individual entrepreneur Musahanov Imran Karimovich (TIN 263218861208, OGRNIP 314265121900417).
- By giving my consent, I confirm that I am familiar with the Public Offer, the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, and the Consent to receive informational and advertising mailings. I am acting of my own free will and in my own interest, and I also undertake to provide accurate data.
- I confirm that I have information that at any time during the entire term of this Agreement, I am entitled to revoke this Agreement and unsubscribe from receiving newsletters by following the corresponding link provided in each email or by sending a request to the Operator’s email address reflected in point 6 of this Agreement.
- I am also informed that in case of questions regarding refusal, including SMS notifications, I can seek assistance by sending a letter to the Operator’s email address, reflected in point 6 of this Agreement.
