Seminar in Dubai this winter!
Friends, registration for the seminar “Initiation into 6 stages of Kriya Yoga” is open!
• Date: February 15-16, 2025
• Venue: Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Beach Residences, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The seminar will be held in Russian with simultaneous interpretation into English.
In two days of seminar, Imram will share knowledge about the basic and advanced techniques of Kriya, principles of body energisation, and essential keys to meditation.
You will learn a system of techniques for your individual practice that, with regular exercising, will be able to take you to a new level of spiritual and physical development.

Is it possible to stop the inner dialogue and slow down the flow of thoughts?

How to BECOME A FRIEND to your child?
If parents learn to respect the сharacteristics in their children, the children will undoubtedtly begin to respect their parents.
The concept of authority is an imposed concept. What does authority mean? “I am better than you”, “you must hear me or listen to me”, “you must do as I say because I am the authority”? Where is the love and respect in this? Where is the alliance, cooperation, creativity and acceptance in this? No.
If parents learn to listen to their child, immerse themselves in his or her interests and create conditions for that interest to be realized, then the child will be very interested with such people. He child will respect his parents for helping him.

Viviana: Kriya is the most radical change of my life
“When your hair is messy, you do not try to fix in on the mirror, you fix it on yourself,” that was the shift that Viviana, a 2-year practioner from Poland, observed about herself after surviving a neardeath experience and embarking on a journey of recovery with Kriya.
During a seminar in Sochi, Viviana kindly shared with us her story of meeting Imram, making Kriya an intergral part of her life and making tremendous discoveries about herself through practice.
