Dear friends, we are glad to invite you to the joint Meditation for beginners with Master Imram! Join from anywhere in the world – absolutely free!

The online Meditation will take place on September 3 at 5 p.m. CET (UTC+1)

Such Meditations take place twice a year, and are a unique opportunity to practise with Master Imram in a live field.

During the practice, Imram will explain the concept of proper Meditation and the important principles of Kriya Meditation. This will be a useful lesson for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Regular participants of Meditations with Imram say that joint practice is very inspiring and helps to meditate regularly.
