Is prana and energy the same thing?

Prana means energy in Sanskrit. You can see this prana, particles of this pranic force or elements,if you open your eyes, look into the blue sky in sunny weather and you will see a huge number of teeming, so-called light particles. These are elements of prana. They are like flickering, aren’t they? Flickering worm-like things. These are the elements of prana. Sometimes you see pranic energy when you see a flash of light with your peripheral vision, you see this or that hue. These are elements of prana, but prana is even deeper, even further, even more subtle.

But we have bioenergetic qualities that are given to us from Above. These qualities are in a latent, poorly developed state.

HOW TO BECOME HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE?

Those who don’t develop lose themselves. They can be good actors, singers or musicians, but, unfortunately, it’s not enough to be happy. When you play and do what you like, you are happy. What about the rest of the time? Where is that endless happiness? All this is very short-lived. Where is the ever-lasting experience? It’s an internal state. This is why it’s good to practise creativity. But when we commit to self-development and creativity arises out of our inner spiritual state, this is a universal experience. And it doesn’t matter then whether you own real estate or not. You are just happy.

“MEDITATION IS A PROCESS OF SELF-HEALING”

Meditation is not only a process of self-exploration, but primarily a process of self-healing.
The majority of people come to yoga in order to heal. They want to engage in self-exploration, but find it difficult. This is like telling a sick and hungry person about the philosophy of the Tao, for example. He needs to be fed or at least reduce the pain, definitely feed him , reduce the pain so that he is at least adequate, at least a two on a ten-point scale, and then he will at least be willing to hear something of it. And when a person has pain in the soul, in the body, and he is hungry, Dao is powerless here. This is just a joke, but it’s true.

HOW TO BECOME AN AUTHORITY FIGURE FOR YOUR CHILD?

Respect for parents will naturally follow when parents radiate strength and wisdom. In turn, children will feel secure. If parents act like children in adult bodies, what guidance or authority can adolescents look to? Inevitably, they will seek these elsewhere.

Ideally, children should be involved in sports and engage in spiritual practices. It’s important to talk to the child, identify what truly interests them, and nurture that interest by supporting them in pursuing it. Don’t dismiss their passions by saying that it’s nonsense and instructing them to focus on what you say. Seeing their father as a friend, they will be more willing to follow him. Along the way, it will be easier to find common ground or even redirect the child’s focus if necessary. But the first step is to walk alongside them.
