The broadcast from the Retreat this Saturday is coming up! Friends, we remind you that you have the opportunity to attend the morning practice from the Retreat in Sochi, from anywhere in the world!

On September 17th, at 10:00 AM Moscow time, the broadcast of the group practice with Imram will take place.

The session consists of two parts:

• Practice with the transfer of techniques and principles of Kriya
• Q&A: At the end of the practice, Imram will answer the questions of the practitioners

Deep work during practice evokes different sensations. Master’s answers help you better understand what’s going on with your body, psyche and consciousness, and how to move forward in your practice.

Join the broadcast from the Retreat to perform morning practice together with Master and the group, and to get some important advice. Everyone is welcome, regardless of the level of preparation.The total duration of the practice is 2-2.5 hours.
