UNITY WITH YOURSELF

I always say that the biggest retreat is our life from the moment of birth to the moment of realization. And this retreat, as always, is dedicated to learning to be in a state of unity with oneself and, of course, of what in yoga is called stability and detachment, – to understand what life really is and who we are.
