Why we get tired
27 April 2022
If you feel tired when you wake up, it means that it was a false awakening and you are still dreaming. You are still in the dream world that is full of ignorance and illusions and you identify yourself with your body—it means you are not awake yet. Identifying yourself with your mind is a dream.
If you realise you are the Spirit, if you connect with your real Self, you’ll awake. Your Self doesn’t get tired whether it has slept or not.
It is your body and your mind that can feel tired because it didn’t sleep. But you are neither your body nor your mind. You are always perfect, you pre-exist, you don’t need any rest.
If you shift your attention and if your assemblage point switches to “I am”, your body will always have power and will never get tired. It won’t get tired as it used to.
If you feel tired when you wake up, it means that at night you were fighting against your body and your mind. You still lack self-awareness, that’s why you launched this war between your sleeping Spirit, your mind and body, body consciousness.
You should stop it and turn to meditation. Let your Self and your mind exist in harmony, and your body will feel good.

How food affects a person
18 June 2022
Food carries information. It is energy in its manifested form. If you bring something into your body, it becomes the building material for it.
