How do I start getting to know Kriya? Dear Friends! Many of you are wondering where to start your training. We deal with these questions every day, which is why we’ve prepared a little memo for you.
- We advise you to start by reading the books: “Autobiography of a yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda, “Holy Science” by Sri Yukteswar, “Babaji and the tradition of Kriya yoga 18 siddhas” by Marshall Govindan.
- Take a practical lesson where Master transmits the technique of energizing the body and the principles of Kriya meditation. You will find a video lesson on the Imram Kriya website: “Meditation for beginners.”
- If you are just starting your practice, start with short regular meditations. On the website in the “Training” section there are “Lessons for home“. They provide a step-by-step explanation and a program with a gradual increase of practice time.
All these steps will provide initial basic understanding of Kriya principles. Start practising regularly and you’ll notice changes in every aspect of your life!
We wish you all good luck in practice!
