The easiest way to cleanse the body is to lighten your diet and adjust your daily routine. Try switching to healthier foods, drinking more pure water and fasting. It is also essential that you go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
Our practice becomes more conscious, while the mind is less distracted once we realise what we are doing and why.
