We can communicate with our minds. That’s what we do. But if we communicate with our heart, using our mind as a tool… Everything in this world will change. Things will be serene, equality and justice will be everywhere. We will never do harm to another person, we will never think badly of another person. This is because our hearts will be active. They will radiate kindness. Everybody is very kind at heart. But as soon as the mind is engaged, that kindness disappears.

Kriya is a scientific method

What is meditation? Some people find it intimidating. Sometimes I am asked, “Won’t my faith dwindle if I practise Kriya?” They could be Muslim or Christian, for example. Of course, not. Because this is not a religion. Kriya is a science that enables you to awaken your innate qualities and raise your consciousness to a very high level. You can engage in a faithful practice without needing to forsake your religion.

What differentiates desires from needs?

Desires and needs share common ground, yet they are distinct entities. Needs are essential for sustaining life and survival. When a person has to eat, it’s a need. But those who eat too much, are satisfying their desires that they have no control of.

Imram

In the article “How to distinguish desires and needs” , Imram talks about:

  • what the idea of “ceiling on desires” means”;
  • what the ceiling of a person’s desires should be;
  • how hunger and overeating affect human activity.

How to achieve peace in the hustle and bustle of daily life?

Let’s say we’re working and working and working, so when should we do spiritual practice? If we have a daily schedule, everything is planned from morning to night, but when should we live? Just live, enjoy life. So we need to change our attitude. Changing attitude means I am not practicing Kriya Yoga to achieve and then live a real life. I am practicing Kriya Yoga to enjoy, to realize the presence of the Highest in every moment.

We are practicing the presence of the Creator from our toes to our head. That is the main concept. And everything that happens to us is the good of His presence. All is for the absolute good. This happens when we understand the principle of how everything works. First of all, this is my personal experience. I know how it works. I really want you to achieve this. Because it will make you happy, at least at peace.

Friends, we invite you to a weekly online meditation, which takes place every Saturday free of charge.

HOW TO LET GO OF GRUDGES

“A reasonable person tries to get to the root cause of why it happened. A wise person looks for reasons within: why did they take offence, what happened within them to trigger such a reaction?

The answer to these questions is very simple: these are hang-ups in one’s head. In other words, when we didn’t get what we wanted, we got offended. This world constantly reminds us that we must learn to free from attachments to what we desire to see. We should at least learn to see what is already there, rather than guess what must be behind it. Why not learn to love what’s already there?”

Master Imram

From the article “How to let go of grudges” you will learn:

  • Why we hold grudges?
  • How a wise person deals with grudges?
  • How spiritual practice helps to let go of grudges?

HOW TO REMOVE A NEGATIVE PROGRAMME IN A CHILD?

Parenting is not about enforcing a programme on your children. Parenting involves allowing them to be themselves. If negative aspects emerge when they express themselves, it’s crucial to redirect the child’s focus towards positive activities, engaging them in interesting pursuits while disregarding those negative aspects. This requires patience, this requires time, this requires effort. However, the neural networks formed by a negative programme will disintegrate. Because you will fill their life with interest. Yes, you may have to make compromises. Avoid compelling them to unquestionably obey your commands. This is destructive. This won’t reprogramme them. It will only block their programmes rather than transform them. Transformation requires patience and time. (Imram)
