What is Khechari Mudra
Khechari Mudra is the queen of all mudras. It is a well-known yet rather private practice, whose essence is to unite our three inner rivers, three main channels within the human energy body. Khechari aids in awakening the brain and ancient dormant powers. It also unlocks superpowers.
Mastering the technique involves several stages. At each stage, the practising Khechari yields different results.
“To truly grasp what Khechari Mudra is, one must embark on comprehending it step by step, putting it into practice and observing what it yields. Then you forget about the negative and focus entirely on the positive, which is a good alternative. And you start pursuing each item on the list, fostering your positive attributes. Why do we need spiritual practice
It is extremely difficult to do without spiritual practice in today’s world. The modern world is arranged so that if one does nothing, they go backwards. That is why the holy scriptures, particularly the Qur’an, say: “Two steps forward, one step back”. Why do we need that step back? For reflection, so that we don’t rush. But then two steps forward. And if a person does nothing — he takes two steps back and then one step forward, and in the end, he goes backwards.

In order to balance oneself, a man requires activity. It is either sports, martial arts, or some lifestyle that reminds him that he possesses strength. Then his energy will work in a slightly different way. And if a person sits on the couch, watches TV, and completely forgets who he is, like, let’s say, such a passively existing element – not a man, not a woman… Imagine, when you watch some TV, I don’t know, some video, you don’t realize who you are at that moment. You watch and just get lost in it. This “something” sits and watches and just doesn’t think about itself, because its attention is fully there. Of course, at this moment a person loses their individuality. When a person loses their individuality, their channels and energy change, hormonal background changes, and then the belly grows. Then, figuratively speaking, he transforms not quite into a man…
