WHY DO WE NEED YOGA?
Some think that yoga is good for health. Others say that yoga is to learn to pray or be happy, for example. And only few people state that yoga is about reconnecting with the Sublime. The level of understanding is very individual. Yoga of the High Path encompasses all the aspects of the manifestation of this world. These aspects that co-exist in harmony enable us to enter the state of truth, being or the highest consciousness and blissfulness. In yoga, we call it Sat Chit Anandam. This is the purpose of Kriya.
