HOW TO BECOME HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE?
Those who don’t develop lose themselves. They can be good actors, singers or musicians, but, unfortunately, it’s not enough to be happy. When you play and do what you like, you are happy. What about the rest of the time? Where is that endless happiness? All this is very short-lived. Where is the ever-lasting experience? It’s an internal state. This is why it’s good to practise creativity. But when we commit to self-development and creativity arises out of our inner spiritual state, this is a universal experience. And it doesn’t matter then whether you own real estateor not. You are just happy.

✨ WE RECOMMEND
Gratitude
In a new video, Imram explores gratitude as an aspect of love, acceptance, and the desire to share what we possess. He also shares his understanding of how one should rightly approach the opportunity to help others.
Video premiere today at 4 PM UTC
Watch the video
During the video, you will also discover:
- What we put into the word “thank you”
- Why one can be grateful even for life challenges
- What helps to realise intentions
- Why one should not expect gratitude in return
- What contributes to boosting family bonds
- How to rightly approach friendship and helping parents
When you share everything you have, your very self, the energy intensifies. You don’t lose anything. In fact, the process is enhanced: they have 100, and you still have 100. And when two people share their energy in this way, it can increase by thousands of percent. That is why the more we act with love and kindness — and gratitude is the doorway through which we accept what we are offered — the more we invite the highest, the brightest, and unconditional energies of happiness into our lives…

How to Improve Concentration
Concentration is not a strain of the mind, but a state of composure. Concentration, when practised correctly, does not create tension; rather, it leads to deep focus through relaxation.
In Kriya, we distinguish three levels of concentration:
1. Concentration on the body and sensations. Attention can be directed towards the spine, the breath, or the flow of prana. This helps energise the body, refine sensitivity, improve health, and stabilise the body’s energy.
2. Concentration through visualisation. Attention is focused upon a thought, image, or idea.
This practice cultivates mental clarity and the ability not to lose oneself amidst the stream of thoughts.
3. Concentration through work with consciousness. Attention turns inward — towards the divine presence within.
If you practise correctly, the energy will remain within you. The essential tool to achieve this is the power of concentration, cultivated through understanding and determination born from regular practice. This is what helps you enter meditation.

What Is Concentration
Concentration is the steady anchoring of the mind — the capacity to direct one’s attention towards a single object, image, or idea and to sustain it unwaveringly.
Dharana — concentration — is the first and indispensable step on the path to meditation. It is the art of remaining composed and focused regardless of circumstances. Concentration forms the foundation for successful meditation.
In our everyday life, the ability to concentrate helps us to:
• stay focused on the task, composed, and serene;
• gather and preserve energy within the body, improve health;
• sharpen memory and increase productivity;
• bring awareness to every action;
• strengthen the willpower.
In Kriya practice, concentration:
• turns the attention inward, away from external distractions;
• retains the energy within;
• awakens latent inner powers;
• helps regulate emotions;
• brings mental clarity;
• naturally and effortlessly unfolds into meditation.
Kriya is a science that enables you to perfect every aspect of life — at the very least, through concentration. Concentration unfolds effortlessly. Inspiration, too, arises effortlessly when you master awareness of your inner world. And this inner world shapes the outer one.

None of you have ever left this Path. The result of you being here is your evolutionary spiral progression. Turn after turn of evolution, an evolutionary branch. This is the evolution of your consciousness. I have a science that I have gone through, that I have tested, that I have reached certain levels of, that allows you to understand what is really important for you and what you will eventually come to.

Meditation: Where to Start?
Today, there are hundreds of meditation techniques practised not only by yoga teachers, but also by coaches, psychologists, and personal development specialists. In essence, all methods can be grouped into several main types:
• observation of the breath,
• repetition of sound, mantra, or affirmation,
• meditation in motion,
• concentration on an object,
• visualisation,
• observation of thoughts without judgement.
In Kriya, a variety of meditative methods are practised—from visualisation and conscious dynamic action to perception, auto-suggestion, and observation.
❇️ During the “Six Steps of Self-Realisation” seminar, Imram presents a structured sequence of Kriya techniques, including three powerful forms of meditation:
- breath meditation
- meditation on Sound
- meditation on Light.
- For beginners, this is a clear and structured system that can be easily integrated into daily life.
- For more experienced practitioners, it offers new techniques and a deeper dimension of practice.
May your path be clear and your practice fruitful!
HOW TO AWAKEN SUPER QUALITIES?
Super qualities become active as soon as you direct your thoughts in the direction of “I want to know myself” and take action, and super qualities awake. These super qualities are given from above, they are already inside us. It is therefore our responsibility to awaken them through spiritual practice.

Can Kriya Yoga help resolve the challenges of life and improve our relationships with loved ones?
The experience of countless practitioners affirms that such transformation is possible. Yet, this is not the aim of the practice but rather a natural consequence of regular and conscious inner work.
How the Practice Works
💠 Through breath, concentration, and energisation, we learn to expand and control our energy. With inner strength and clarity, we respond to stress and conflict differently, make decisions with greater ease, and maintain equilibrium.
💠 The practice works at a psychological level. By cultivating attention and self-observation, we begin to recognise our own limitations. We see how attachments, expectations, and inner discontent shape our experience and realise that the true source of our problems lies not only in external events, but in our own patterns of thought and reaction.
💠 Kriya transforms our worldview and our attitude towards ourselves and others. Difficulties cease to appear as punishment; instead, they are perceived as lessons and opportunities for growth.
💠 Inner change inevitably manifests outwardly. One becomes calmer, more aware, more capable of truly hearing others. Conflict diminishes, acceptance deepens. Loved ones feel this transformation immediately, and relationships grow upon the foundation of respect and understanding.
Kriya is a tool that grants the power to master oneself — and thereby, one’s destiny.
