SPIRITUAL PRACTICE WITH EFFORT, BUT WITHOUT VIOLENCE
Your task is to be as determined as possible, as much as you can. The rest will be done by the Creator Himself. I am currently removing fear. Because fear arises. “I can run out of time.” And what then? How to preserve oneself? How to make yourself perfect. “I’m afraid of losing myself…” Many fears arise. Then spiritual practice turns into violence. “Let’s go, let’s go, faster, we need to hurry, you’re not keeping up.” I went through all of this myself. When Babaji gave me initiation, the dedication, the whole palette of fears, tensions simply disappeared from me. I just relaxed. Finally. And all this time I kept myself in heavy asceticism.
