If a person drank and smoked, but quit, does it mean he worked off his karma?

If they got sober, they have the will, and they manifested this will, then everything is fine, they need to move on. But this is not enough. Do you understand that it is not enough to be a good person? If you have a request to “be happy”, then a good person is not always happy. Always unhappy. It is not enough to be a good person to achieve high levels of consciousness, to enter heavenly worlds. Serious work is required.
